El Poder Judicial Federal Argentino: historia, evolución y perspectiva

Resumen
El Poder Judicial de la Nación es ejercido por la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Nación y por los demás tribunales inferiores, establecidos por el Congreso en el territorio de la Nación en función de la potestad prevista en el art. 75, inc. 20 de la C.N.. Con la reforma constitucional de 1994, al Poder Judicial se le incorporaron dos organismos: el Consejo de la Magistratura (art. 114) y el Jurado de Enjuiciamiento (art. 115). Estos son los encargados de la administración del Poder Judicial; de elegir a los jueces a través de la elaboración de una terna de candidatos por cada vacante federal que haya para cubrir; de controlar su actuación y, de corresponder, iniciar juicio político. Producto seguramente de las modificaciones y alteraciones, sin un plan sistemático y orgánico, observamos, sin necesidad de realizar un estudio exhaustivo de ello, un Poder Judicial Federal muy colapsado de causas -dato empírico de la realidad-.

THE ARGENTINE FEDERAL JUDICIAL POWER: HISTORY, EVOLUTION AND PERSPECTIVE
ABSTRACT: The Judicial Power of the Nation is exercised by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation and by the other lower courts, established by the Congress in the territory of the Nation according to the power provided for in art. 75, inc. 20 of the C.N.. With the constitutional reform of 1994, the Judicial Branch was incorporated two bodies: the Council of the Magistracy (Article 114) and the Jury of Prosecution (Article 115). These are the ones in charge of the administration of the Judicial Power; to elect the judges through the preparation of a short list of candidates for each federal vacancy to cover; to control their actions and, if applicable, start impeachment. Product surely of the modifications and alterations, without a systematic and organic plan, we observed, without needing to realize an exhaustive study of it, a Federal Judicial Power very collapsed of causes – empirical data of the reality.
